How would you describe the style of DJ-B Entertainment?

We are a high energy company, focused on delivering an incredible customer experience. We meet with our clients in person to discuss their needs, and continually keep in contact should any sudden changes arise. From initial contact, right through to the end of your special occasion, we are there to provide assistance when you need it. We even follow up with you a day or two after your event, for feedback regarding your experience. We are very interactive with the crowd, getting everyone involved through games, dance contests, and group dances. Props will sometimes be used to create a party atmosphere.

Our goal is to ensure that the DANCE FLOOR IS FULL and that everyone has a good time, so we will always play music that appeals to all age groups, from every genre, along with taking special song requests. Our DJ's & DJ assistants are exceptional at reading the crowd and dynamic on the microphone.

Do you have a services contract and do you require a deposit?

YES! We meet with all of our clients in person to sign the contract and we take a minimum deposit of 50 % of the fee at that time.

What is included in our services?

We include services that many other companies charge extra for. Included in our services are wedding ceremonies, use of cordless microphones, spectacular lighting to create an amazing atmosphere, the use of special effects such as fog, mist and bubble machines if requested. We can also provide a projector for audio video slideshow presentations.

Will you travel Out of Town?

YES! We also travel out of town if necessary. Our out of town fee includes every thing that we offer for our in town functions, however travel costs are extra and will be added to our fee. We travel to areas throughout southern Alberta, Calgary, Red Deer & Edmonton.

Do you have a set end time?

NO! We do not have a set end time. We will play as long as you want us to and as long as the party is going on. We don't charge any extra fees for staying extra time.

Can your DJ's act as Masters of Ceremony?

Yes! Our DJ's are very experienced and comfortable with public speaking and using a microphone. Not to mention the ability to communicate effectively for any event, even at a moments notice.

We are now able to offer spectacular creative event photography, interactive photo booth, Karaoke, Lip Sync Battles, Minute to Win it Games, and much more!

What types of functions does DJ-B Entertainment specialize in?

We provide enertainment for every type of events such as weddings, corporate parties, graduations, sporting events, nightclubs, business launches, promotions, and much more. Our DJ-B has many years of experience djing these functions as well as serving as house dj at local nightclubs.

What kinds of music do you play at events?

We provide music for all age groups and all musical tastes. We stay up to date with current music tracks and continually update our catalog. We have a vast array of music from pretty much every (inluding bollywood, punjabi, etc.)genres for all guests to enjoy. Our music selections are age appropriate. We also take song requests at your event and work hard to ensure that your requests get played at some point during the event. We provide ourselves on respecting our clients input and wishes regarding musical selections and provide guidance where we can.

Are extra fees added in for the event?

With the exception of travel costs if we travel for events that are over 30 km from our base location, our rates are all inclusive. What does that mean? We do not have tiered packages, we never up charge for upgraded lighting, extra time, state of the art audio system, or if extra equipment is needed such as microphones, projectors, special efffects(fog machines). We consider every event to be the ultimate so we bring the ultimate equipment to every event. Our fees ONLY include extra charges when out of town travel is required.
